This is one unhappy �manic depressive� hyena. No wonder he earned the name �Laughing Boy� when he made his career choice to be a villain! �Little Boy Blue� grew up to be the �Wicked Witch of the West�... he simply has no favourable qualities, and his dark negative attitude certainly weighs him down. Never happy, never satisfied, this wacky whinger never sees the glass half empty or even half full. Laughing Boy only sees it cracked!
At closer inspection, there may be a few cracks in this maniac�s head, which can be blamed for the onslaught of nasty cracks he spews out to his fellow cohorts in the Mongoose Militia, when given half a chance. And that laugh of his? You wouldn�t want to be in a dark alley if you heard that cackle. It reeks of criminal intentions! Responds reluctantly to the nickname �Ha-Ha�.
